Security Deposits

Our property requires a security deposit of $500.00, which is to be paid with your initial payment. The purpose of the security deposit is to protect the property and contents, as well as you. Please report to our office any damages upon check-in. Once you have checked out, our inspectors will ensure that the property has been left in proper order, clean, and damage free. Your security deposit will be refunded to you 45 days following your departure, with any necessary deductions noted.

Transfer Policy

Should you need to change the week of your reservation after you have made your initial payment, there is a $75.00 transfer fee that must accompany your request. Please remember, this transfer must be in the same year. All requests must be in writing. All transfers must be made at least 30 days prior to occupancy in order to allow sufficient time to re-rent the original rental period.

Cancellation

Once your reservations have been confirmed by payment and you are unable to fulfill your obligation to occupy the rental unit, we must be notified in writing. All attempts will be made to re-rent the property but if we are unable to re-rent the unit, no refunds will be issued. If the property is re-rented, then rent consideration (rent, taxes, security deposit) previously tendered by the Tenant will be refunded, less a service fee equal to 10% of the total contract amount or $75.00, whichever is greater.

Payments

To confirm our reservation you will need to send an advance rent payment equal to one half (1/2) of the reservation period's rental amount, the $500.00 security deposit, and an administrative/reservation fee of $50.00 + tax within seven (7) days. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation notice will be forwarded to you confirming your reservation. The balance of your rent and taxes will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. You may pay this balance by personal check, money order or cashiers check. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.

For all last minute reservations, holiday reservations or any reservations made within 45 days of arrival, your reservations must be paid in full immediately. Sorry at that time we cannot accept personal checks.

Tax

All rates are subject to sales and occupancy tax. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

Accommodations

Every effort has been made to provide accurate and complete information; however, we are not responsible for printing errors, omissions, equipment failure or views by the unit changing after printing. Please confirm all information at the time your reservation is made. If you have any particular requirements as to cottage quality or personal needs, we recommend that you personally check the rental unit before making your reservation. Please note that although needs and tastes vary, we will be unable to make other arrangements when you arrive. We shall not be held responsible for possible rate or printing errors.

Age Requirements

All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy the Wright House. This of course does not mean that a family unit must all be 21 years of age, but each member of a non-family unit must be 21 years of age and older to occupy the Wright House.
